The Belleville Art Association was formed in 1958 and since then has been dedicated to raising the standard and quality of the visual arts in the community.

Membership is open to everyone - painter or non, beginner or experienced, regardless of where they live.

Meetings with programmes pertaining the visual arts are held monthly except July, August and December. These are held on the last Monday of the month at the Belleville Art Association Studio & Gallery, 392 Front Street, Belleville. Members
are kept informed about BAA activities through a monthly newsletter.

Our current membership is approximately 152 and the annual dues are $50 for artists, $50.00 for patrons, and $100 for sponsors. Sponsor members receive all the benefits of regular membership. They also have a small ad on the BAA website homepage, and
receive mention on all BAA Bulletins and Catalogues

Our activities include - annual juried exhibition, annual artist's choice show, picture rental program, paint-outs, open studio for painting, workshops and seminars.

Our Studio and Gallery is located at 392 Front St., Belleville. Open hours are 11 to 5, Tuesday to Friday and Saturday 11 to 4
