REQUEST FOR SPONSORSHIP OR ADVERTISING

Who we are:
We are a not for profit and charitable organization made up of local artists. We have a gallery at 392 Front Street, Belleville, where artists can show their work.

Our purpose:
We provide opportunities and help to up and coming as well as experienced artists through juried shows, workshops and studio painting. We also provide volunteers and art teaching assistance to schools in the area.

Why we need your help:
We aim to attract visitors locally as well as from larger urban centres such as the Toronto area, Kingston and Ottawa. To do so, we need your help to maintain and improve our gallery and shows in Belleville. It also costs money to put on a large annual juried show at the John M. Parrott gallery at the Belleville Public Library. Our membership fees alone are not sufficient to fund these projects.

How much does it cost?
$100 for one year, or you may wish to sponsor us for more than one year at additional cost.

What’s in it for sponsors and advertisers?

1. FREE banner advertisement at least business card size on our website, www.bellevilleart.ca
2. FREE advertising in our brochures.
3. FREE advertising in our show catalogues.
4. A poster will be displayed with your business card or logo in our gallery at 392 Front Street, Belleville at all times.
    We do get walk-in traffic and also from time to time we host gallery opening receptions.
5. As we are a registered charity, any donation is fully tax deductible.
6. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
7. You are welcome to attend our shows, events or meetings at any time.
